Done en plein air from a hillock , the medium size landscape painting shows the 2nd tallest Indian monument (73m) built in year 1192 by Qutb-ud-din Aibak. In the foreground is another monument in the historical Mehrauli area of New Delhi. Painted in the month of April, one can see the yellow and red silk cotton trees and flowers.
