Jainism Series
The Jainism (a religion mainly practised in India) Series portrays Jain philosophies of ahimsa (अहिंसा), aparigrah (अपरिग्रह), parigrah (परिग्रह), anekantwaad (अनेकांतवाद), and shatt-leshya (षट लेश्या or 6 propensities of mind ). These Jain paintings have been done in modern contemporary style, different from the traditional that one sees often in Jain temples.
